"Rod and his team (specifically, Norma Arenas) are awesome. I had no idea a traffic ticket had put points on my record, and she gave me a heads-up before my rate increased. That gave me enough time to do traffic school and get the point removed. She then helped get my rate back to normal. I really appreciated that she was proactive. I feel like a lot of representatives would’ve just let the increase hit without saying anything. It was clear she values long-time clients and actually looks out for them."

"Rod Eliassi and his State Farm Agency team are exceptional. Any of my questions or concerns have been responded to promptly, thoughtfully and thoroughly. Rod has provided me special assistance with my challenging fire insurance problems, a troubling issue in my canyon location. In 2024 Rod came personally to my home with one of his agents, Enrique Gonzales, and walked my property making sensible suggestions on ways I could better prepare my property for an upcoming CA Fair Plan assessment visit. This was way beyond my relationship with the other home, liability and auto insurance coverage I continue to carry with State Farm, but his personal touch and interest in my fire insurance situation did not go unnoticed or was not appreciated.
